A while back my co-worker, Kelli, and I  were talking about her rediscovered love of playing the violin.  She had played for many years, but had recently gotten back into it, and was very excited.  Her passion for the violin paralleled my rediscovered passion for photography, and from that conversation, we decided that we'd get together for a photo session to showcase her and her instruments in action.  After a couple of reschedules due to weather, we were finally able to pull it off this past weekend.  And oh, what fun it was!  I had such a blast, snapping photos of her while she played beautiful music, and in a few cases, even posed for me.  I am very pleased with the results and feel like we really captured her beauty and the beauty of her music through the pictures.  I haven't done a lot of photo shoots to date, but the fun of this session has me excited to do more.  If there's something you're passionate about and would like to capture your passion through photography, let me know, and I'll do my best to help you accomplish it.
