untitled-35 Last Friday night, I attended the Fifth Annual Farm to Fork Wine Dinner at St. Mathias Farm with a group of my girlfriends and a few hubbies.  The food and wine pairings are always exceptional, with Matt and Nick from Prairie Bay preparing the meal from locally grown food via Arlene & Bob Jones from The Farm on St. Mathias.

The wine is another highlight, with Scott Lindman providing insightful details about each course. 

This year, a bonus was the absolutely stunning sunset that I was able to capture.  Fortunately, my friends are aware of my passion for photography, as I was already under the tent, about to enjoy dinner, when my friend, Jill, ran into the tent to get her camera, and let me know that a beautiful opportunity awaited outside.  Mother Nature didn't disappoint, and I was blown away by the beauty of the scene.  Enjoy!
